I have been spending a great deal of time taking a look at the candidates for President and was leaning toward Obama … HOWEVER.. I REFUSE TO VOTE FOR WHOEVER RUPERT MURDOCH SUPPORTS so now I am confused exactly what to do… See, based on my spiritual beliefs whoever this guy supports is likely to be “The Anti-Christ” and Obama “APPEARS TO BE” too nice a guy to hang that shingle on him.
I simply cannot vote for McCain because he is aligned with the NEO-CON agenda and though refusing it was endorsed by the vile and repulsive JOHN HAGEE who is openly a Dispensational CHRISTIAN ZIONIST.

MIAMI (AP) — A man who authorities said was keeping weapons and military-style gear in his hotel room and car appeared in court Thursday on charges he threatened to assassinate Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Raymond Hunter Geisel, 22, was arrested by the Secret Service on Saturday in Miami and was ordered held at Miami’s downtown detention center without bail Thursday by a federal magistrate.
A Secret Service affidavit charges that Geisel made the threat during a training class for bail bondsmen in Miami in late July. According to someone else in the 48-member class, Geisel allegedly referred to Obama with a racial epithet and continued, “If he gets elected, I’ll assassinate him myself.”
Obama was most recently in Florida on Aug. 1-2 but did not visit the South Florida area.

Raymond Hunter Geisel was ordered held without bail Thursday at a brief court hearing.
The Secret Service says Geisel made the threat during a training class for bail bondsmen in Miami in late July.
A search of Geisel’s SUV and hotel room uncovered a loaded handgun, knives, dozens of rounds of ammunition, body armor and a machete. The SUV was wired with emergency lights.
Geisel told the Secret Service he was originally from Bangor, Maine. He contended he made no threat against either Obama or the president.

Admit it: you know there’s a problem with Barack Obama’s claim that keeping all of our tires properly inflated will save us 3% of our petroleum usage, but you can’t quite put a finger on it. Or you wouldn’t be reading this.
The problem isn’t the 3 per cent mileage improvement figure - - that comes straight out of the Department of Energy’s publication, “Tips To Improve Your Gas Mileage.”
Here, short and sweet, is what Barack either isn’t telling us, or in his cocky arrogance, simply doesn’t know: that figure applies only to an individual vehicle which is not already properly maintained. In other words, Barack is relying on the unstated and TOTALLY INCORRECT assumption that every single vehicle on the highways is running around on improperly inflated tires.
Now, if Barack Obama is so smart, why can’t he deal with this simple logical relationship?

Does anyone else see the irony in this: a couple of politicians talking about the benefits of properly inflated air bags? You know how it is: first the player is on a hitting streak, stealing bases, scoring, making spectacular plays in the field. Then he gets cold, can’t connect, drops the ball, and in general slumps worse than Bill Clinton’s slick willie after sex.
That’s kinda how it’s been for Barack Obama.
Since getting back from Europe and the Middle East, he hasn’t really been up to form. Part of it isn’t his fault: the sheep that call themselves the American people are buying in the McCain Machine’s propaganda a la Karl Fuck-The-Constitution Rove that Obama is a vapid superstar, someone closer to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton than that statesman he’s trying to come across as.
This pissed even Paris off. She replied brilliantly in this parody—never thought I’d be calling anything by Paris Hilton brilliant, but you gotta give credit where credit is due.
